When we were told by a reputable auto shop that they couldn't do service for our Sienna 2005 CE van, and referred us to another reputable transmission shop, it was the same outcome; "couldn't find any problems", or "there are other issues that will eventually be a problem," or the estimate is in question, the parts code will take 2 weeks to come in, etc. We knew we were being thrusted around and the problem with our van was unsolved.......until we made the appointment and brought our van in on a monday to Toyota Servco Waipahu. Our service agent was a Craig who was eager to help us and dig hard to find the problem and the cause. He cheerfully took our car and assured us they will do everything necessary to make things right. He kept in close contact w/us and called at every trial run to let us know what they were "finding". Tuesday was the day they worked in, under, and throughout the van checking, replacing, repairing every descrepancy once and for all. The job was completed that afternoon. We had one of those auto warranty we purchased separately for a hefty amount when we bought the van 5 years ago and everything was done without the costly expenses it would require had we not used thewarranty to our advantage. We are happy clients and certainly will not fear the dealer (from which we bought our auto from) for repairs they did right. What a relief!

The best. I scheduled a 5,000 mile service for this past Monday for 10am. I arrived at 9am and expected to wait. No wait. The first person I met to register me in and direct me to the right lane for service was very nice.
Then I met "Craig", my point of contact for service. He was great! I had a recall part and didn't know about it, though he did and placed it on the service order. He then said my car looked dirty, so he would have it washed for me. Wow! I asked how long this would all take and he said 1:45.
I was escorted to the waiting area. Nice place. Sofas, cushioned chairs, TV, free brewed coffee, clean bathrooms, etc. Here's the best part: free Wi-Fi.
During my wait I played around with my iPad online and then some TV and before I knew it, it was time to go.
How long did I wait??? EXACTLY 1:45.
Great service, facilities, and my car looked and ran like new. I will absolutely return here again and again.

I normally use the Servco Mapunapuna for servicing my xBox but they didn't have an opening in their schedule before I left for my vacation. So I had to use the Leeward location. I was given the same good service with a shorter ride home. They checked my car and fixed my locks. I have to take it back because I didn't let them keep it overnight, but I probably will go back to this location for this fix.

We just bought a car from there. The customer service was excellent and our sales person was never pushy. It was the best dealership we ever bought a car from by far. If you go there ask for Louis Agard. He was a great sales person!

I love my truck so I take it in for service pretty religiously. The service here is pretty awesome. The service writers are really helpful and funny. Unfortunately, the last time I brought it into service, there was really, really minor damage to my front bumper but they agreed to fix it and everything. Took a little while to fix and I got a loaner. But overall great service every time I take it in for maintenance. The guys always make sure I have a coupon or special if it is available. Even though the shuttle is only limited to drop off, they let me get picked up at my home too. Anyways I have only good things to say about Servco and their service.
